What brought you to yoga?
I was first drawn to yoga as part of my background as a dancer and a desire to keep strength and flexibility in my life once I stopped dancing. It was my love for mindful movement and deep self exploration; however, that motivated me to commit to a consistent practice and become a teacher.
What’s your yoga background and what are you most passionate about teaching?
I have been practicing mainly vinyasa-style yoga consistently since 2018. It was while practicing and working at Yoga Pod Tucson that I decided I was ready to pursue yoga teacher training with Shaelyn Delgado. As a teacher, my goal is for my students to walk away from class feeling supported, safe, and challenged.
What would your students be surprised to know about you?
I am an avid reader of any and all books and enjoy riding my motorcycle any chance I get!
