What brought you to yoga?
I started to go to yoga classes after a back injury and kept going because of how it made me feel. Like a friend of mine once said, "It's like getting a massage from the inside out."
What’s your yoga background and what are you most passionate about teaching?
I began to practice yoga more regularly around 5 years ago and decided to do the Yoga Pod yoga teacher training in 2021. It was an amazing experience! I enjoy practicing a variety of styles of yoga and am so excited to share the calming and restorative practice of yin yoga.
What would your students be surprised to know about you?
I was at Pink Floyd's "The Wall' concert at the Berlin Wall in 1990.

200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, currently completing 100 hour Transformational Sleep (Yoga Nidra) training!
