CANCELLATION + SUSPENSION + REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATIONS

Classes:

  • The late cancellation window closes 2 hours before class starts.

  • Late cancellation/no-show/late arrival fee: $15.

  • A 5-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.

  • Please Note: Unclaimed mats may be released to waitlisted individuals at the start of class.

 Workshops/Special Events:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event.

  • No-show fee: Full cost of the event.

 Trainings:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Additional details are outlined in the specific Training Contract.

 Memberships:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted electronically 30 days before your next billing cycle.

  • To cancel, fill out the form at Cancellation Form.

  • Ensure confirmation before closing your browser.

  • Requests made less than 30 days before the next billing cycle will take effect in the following cycle.

  • It's important that our pricing is fair and balanced across our package tiers. If you have the podMEMBER BLUE unlimited, it is a reduced price based on an auto payment agreement. If you need to cancel before your first auto payment (your second month), we do charge the difference between what you paid your first month and our Single Month PASS ($209) to ensure all discounted membership pricing is fair and reflects one full auto charge. Thank you for your understanding. All other memberships can be canceled after 30 days with no additional fee.

  • Please Note: Front desk staff cannot process membership cancellations.

 

SUSPENSIONS

For monthly auto-billed memberships, we offer one 30-day billing cycle suspension per calendar year. Requests must be submitted electronically 7 days before your next billing cycle.

  • To suspend, fill out the form at Suspension Form.

  • Ensure confirmation before closing your browser.

  • Requests made less than 7 days before the next billing cycle cannot be processed.

  • Please Note: Front desk staff cannot process membership suspensions.

 

REFUNDS

Classes:

  • Full refund as account credit if cancellation is made before the cancellation window.

 Workshops & Events:

  • Full refund as account credit if cancellation is made before the cancellation window.

 Memberships:

  • Retroactive refunds for memberships, including as account credit, are not available.

  • Please refer to our cancellation and suspension policies detailed above.

 Retail:

  • Full Price Retail: Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase only if tag ON & in sellable condition

  • Markdowns: Final Sale (no returns)

  • Holds: Unpaid items may only be held through end of day
