What brought you to yoga/barre?
I love to barre fitness for the supportive community, the discipline it builds, and the energy of music driven movement. Each class leaves me grounded, strong, and challenged in new ways.

What’s your yoga/barre background and what are you most passionate about teaching?
No matter where fitness takes me, yoga and barre is where I feel most grounded! I have 20 years of dance training and live performance experience.

Movement has always been a very important factor in my life! I’ve been a cycling instructor, trained in group fitness, and also work as a dance teacher for adults and children.
I love to inspire others to be their best self as well as pushing for a positive and supportive environment where everyone feels welcome! I love to empower others!

What would your students be surprised to know about you?
I am a musician! I love to sing and play guitar, and one of the greatest moments was when I got to perform for a private event for the Super Bowl Committee with the Philadelphia Eagles!
