Brij Taylor, Studio Manager + Retail Buyer

She/Her/Hers

Brij Taylor Yoga Pod Tucson Studio Manager and Retail Buyer

What brought you to yoga?
At the beginning it was for fun, and then it became necessary medicine for healing my mind and body.

What’s your yoga background and what are you most passionate about teaching?
My first yoga class was circa 2009 at a donation-based hot yoga studio that felt like a party. Over the years, I've been deeply rooted in the studios I've belonged, through work-trade opportunities, community, and consistent practice. While recovering from a neck injury, 26&2 found me. It became and remains an anchor in my healing.

What would your students be surprised to know about you?
I moved to Tucson sight-unseen and I’m afraid of heights but would totally jump out of a plane again.
