Looking to incorporate more meditation and breathwork into your fitness journey? Access the deepest tissues of the body with passively held yin postures for up to 5 minutes. Release tension, increase circulation and improve flexibility in a calming & contemplative environment. The practice opens with Yin postures and Savasana, and flows into pranayama (breathwork) and guided meditation, experienced lying down or seated-your choice. We will explore different types of pranayama and meditation including Nadi Shodana, Mindfulness, Body Scan, Mantra meditation and more.
