Our favorite way to increase long term flexibility and calm the mind, yin yoga is the perfect complement to any sport or vinyasa practice! Access the deepest tissues of the body with passively held yin postures for up to 5 minutes. Release tension, increase circulation and improve flexibility in a calming & contemplative environment. This is a passive yoga practice so expect little to no muscular engagement and to be on the floor most of the class.
