A 90-minute offering of our lineage-rooted expression of the classic hot yoga sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, often known as the Bikram-style series, taught with clear, intentional cueing. This extended set-sequence class moves through a steady standing and floor series with a rhythmic balance of effort and rest, designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and deeply nourish the spine while supporting nervous-system regulation.

Suitable for all levels, this longer format explores most postures twice, allowing for a deeper, integrated experience that supports physical resilience, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

Room temperature: 100–105°F with ~60% humidity. Please arrive well hydrated; bringing water is highly recommended.
