Experience the Evolution of Barre with podBARRE + Myofascial Release! Enjoy the numerous benefits of this feel good practice as we explore myofascial release work (think self-applied massage work using the pressure of tennis balls) combined with the targeted muscle engagement and strength/stability work you’d find in our podBARRE class to support the long term care of our joints. A balanced blend of functional strength and release work, this class is a perfect active recovery for the busy athlete as well as therapeutic support for anyone looking to minimize the aches and pains that arise in our day to day lives. We’ve removed the cardio segments that you would find in podBARRE but have kept all the targeted burn work and upbeat music! Expect to toggle between low impact strength and passive muscular releases with 50% of class spent standing and the other 50% on the floor. Myofascial release balls provided.
