Get ready to ignite your strength and sweat with 50 minutes of podBARRE-HOT — a mindful, heat-infused take on our signature podBARRE class. Set in a 90-95° room with 40% humidity, this class draws inspiration from heated mat pilates, vinyasa yoga, and ballet barre work to help you build strength, stability, and endurance in both body and mind. BECAUSE doing hard things on the mat ultimately helps us do hard things OFF it.  We’ll use the heat to enhance flexibility, amplify intensity, and promote deep stress relief, while incorporating thoughtful, low-impact exercises designed to empower YOU. Expect targeted muscle engagement, core stability, and functional movement—all without the traditional ballet barre. Using simplified (NEW) props such as wrist/ankle weights & resistance bands, you'll feel inspired and challenged throughout the whole class! Leave feeling stronger, empowered, and ready to take on anything.
