Sometimes the most powerful heat is the heat we generate from within! podFLOW brings in many of the same elements of podFLOW-HOT but utilizes powerful movements (like plank holds!) to build internal heat versus adding external heat to the room. Expect to increase your overall athleticism while focusing the mind and reducing stress in this powerful vinyasa yoga class. Set to music, this vinyasa flow combines sequences that move breath to movement to create stamina and improve circulation, with longer held postures that cultivate strength, flexibility and balance.
