What brought you to yoga?
Yoga has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, inspired by my grandfather, who practiced it throughout my childhood. His dedication sparked my own journey into this transformative practice.
What’s your yoga background and what are you most passionate about teaching?
My yoga journey has evolved over the years, but I’ve found my true passion in yin yoga, where stillness meets deep self-reflection. I love creating a nurturing space for students to reconnect with their bodies and embrace inner calm.
What would your students be surprised to know about you?
I grew up in Northern Utah and developed a deep passion for the outdoors, spending most of my summers as a child exploring the breathtaking trails of Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, and Moab.
