After every class, your teacher will hand you a sticker:
1 point for any class, 2 points for yin, restore, or myofascial.
Track your progress on the board in the lobby and aim for 20 points.

Here’s what’s up for grabs:
20+ points = entry into a raffle (Myoballs, $20 off your next month, 2 guest passes in May, or a front-of-waitlist pass)
Highest points overall = your choice of a free month of membership or a free mat

Build intelligent strength and explore arm balances, inversions, and transitions like flying pigeon, firefly, and headstand variations. Expect creative sequencing, supportive guidance, and plenty of props as you expand what’s possible in your body.
Elevated Sequencing & Cueing Masterclass 📝

April 18–19
Learn to craft cohesive classes, cue with clarity, and adapt sequences for a wide range of students. Walk away with tools to lead classes that feel both intentional and fluid. Eligible for 15 Yoga Alliance CE hours.

Spring Cleaning for Account Balances 🌿
As we head into spring, it’s a great time to check the “Your Wallet” section in the app. Occasionally, late cancel or no-show fees don’t process due to expired cards or insufficient funds, and they can quietly add up.
Any outstanding balances need to be resolved to keep your account active, so if you spot something and need help, we’re here for you.
