What brought you to yoga?
My journey to yoga grew out of years of healing my own body from health challenges and studying holistic wellness. I discovered yoga as a powerful path to greater balance in life, self-awareness, and transformation.
What’s your yoga background and what are you most passionate about teaching?
I have spent decades studying Kundalini Yoga, meditation, bodywork, sound healing, somatic healing, and contemplative practices. I’m passionate about teaching Kundalini Yoga as a way to help students build resilience, awaken their inner energy, and create a deeper connection to themselves.
What would your students be surprised to know about you?
I’m the proud grandmother of three amazing grandchildren who bring endless joy, wonder, and inspiration to my life.
