What brought you to yoga?
A friend invited me to do hot yoga at a local Bikram studio. I figured it would complement my mountain biking. It was anything but love at first class.
What’s your yoga background and what are you most passionate about teaching?
I've been practicing since 2010. I trained at Yoga Oasis in Hatha Yoga, where I completed my 200 and 300-hour trainings. I'm passionate about introducing alignment in vinyasa classes so that students can develop their practice along with finding their flow.
What would your students be surprised to know about you?
I'm a math nerd.
