What brought you to yoga?
I was sitting at my desk during one of my husband's I began my yoga journey in 2003 to find relief from severe anxiety. The practice helped me find inner peace and a greater sense of purpose.

What’s your yoga background and what are you most passionate about teaching?
I received my RYT-200 in 2019 and 500-RYT in 2022. I’m most passionate about teaching arm balances and inversions but more importantly to live fearless on the mat to live fearless off of the mat.

What would your students be surprised to know about you?
I practice flying trapeze and aerial silks.
