What brought you to yoga/fitness?
I found my joy for fitness in high school as an outlet during a difficult time and it’s evolved throughout the years personally and professionally!
What’s your yoga/fitness background and what are you most passionate about teaching?
I’ve been group fitness and personal training certified for 8+ years teaching and coaching various forms of fitness. I love strength focused classes that are both challenging and accessible. I believe in the magic of movement and power of tuning into our bodies and aim to create classes that allow students to experience both.
What would your students be surprised to know about you?
I can often be found doing little happy dances at the grocery store when there’s a good deal on quality, nourishing foods! Nutrition/food (and iced coffee) are my love languages.
