What brought you to yoga/barre?
I grew up doing yoga with my mom, who is a yoga instructor. I started doing barre regularly as well in 2024 for a workout that is strengthening and challenging but low impact.
What’s your yoga/barre background and what are you most passionate about teaching?
I completed the barre instructor training course with Yoga Pod in 2025. I have a music and dance background, so I love the musicality of barre. I enjoy creating playlists that make people want to move and finding the right movements to pair with them.
What would your students be surprised to know about you?
I am a professional archaeologist by day and completed my graduate degree in archaeology at University of Arizona.
