What brought you to yoga/barre?
I started practicing yoga in college and loved the mindfulness aspect and opportunity to stretch. Even with pregnancies, moves, and changes in my routine, yoga has been a constant favorite since then.
What’s your yoga background and what are you most passionate about teaching?
I've been certified as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer since 2008 and am passionate about teaching others to move in a way that feels good and enables them to maintain consistency. I love teaching barre because it enables you to work supporting muscles that are sometimes forgotten.
What would your students be surprised to know about you?
I met my husband at Starbucks!
