COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS 📣
First things first! We want to take a moment to celebrate members of our community who reached a milestone in December. Congrats to Shannon C, Diana BC, and Zita B for reaching 500 classes at the pod! We hope you take time to honor your dedication and this incredible achievement.
We also want to show some love to our teachers in training. Both our 200HR and 300HR YTT cohorts are about 30% through their journey into self and a deeper understanding of yoga. Softening Into Self-Love: Yin Yoga, Thai Bodywork & Sacred Sound 💗

Experience deeply supported Yin Yoga, sacred sound, and intuitive Thai bodywork woven together to restore balance and presence. The Art of Standing Bow 🏹

With years of experience teaching the 26&2 series, Gianna offers insight into the anatomy and alignment of this iconic posture. Explore balance, strength, and expansion while discovering new ways to grow in both body and mind.

Master Classes are weekend-long immersions designed to explore alignment, philosophy, hands-on assists, the subtle body, and more. Each experience includes guided practice, education, and interactive discussion in a supportive environment.
