What brought you to yoga?
Came for the workout, stayed for the mind opening experience that can come with movement and breath. And really good music!
What’s your yoga background and what are you most passionate about teaching?
I got my Core Power certification back in 2016, and I fell hard for vinyasa style, which evolved to strength style flows, traditional hot style, yin, and pretty much anything remotely close to “yoga”. It was the perfect place for my mind and body to go after many years of being an athlete.
What would your students be surprised to know about you?
Despite my high energy teaching vibe, my favorite class to take and be a student in is Yin. I love doing things that are low effort and maximum chill.
