What brought you to yoga?
My chiropractor in Seattle recommended 26/2 hot yoga to aid in an old ski injury. It worked and I still maintain a steady practice to keep my spine healthy.
What’s your yoga background and what are you most passionate about teaching?
I practiced 26/2 for 8 years consistently before going through an extensive 12 week training in 2015. Since then, I have studied with many master practitioners. I enjoy teaching the process of these postures, the mental and physical benefits of the series and feel joy when students reach mini milestones on their mats.
What would your students be surprised to know about you?
I’m a potter and love working with clay!
