What brought you to yoga?
My journey into yoga began with a deep interest in the mind-body-spirit connection. After experiencing an injury, I rediscovered my love for yoga and found a sense of belonging in the wonderful Yoga Pod community. 

What’s your yoga background and what are you most passionate about teaching?
My yoga practice has explored many different styles, but I am especially passionate about teaching practices that guide individuals into their parasympathetic nervous system. I focus on methods that promote relaxation and deep healing, helping students find a sense of calm and restorative balance.

What would your students be surprised to know about you?
My students might be surprised to learn that I’ve lived in Costa Rica and deeply love the country, especially its 'Pura Vida' philosophy of living life to the fullest, embracing simplicity, maintaining an easygoing attitude, appreciating the present moment and finding joy in life’s simple pleasures.
